1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility

3.2 You are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is legal and permissible in your jurisdiction before registering or using rc999. rc999 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in any specific jurisdiction. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and in violation of these Terms.

3.3 You are not permitted to use the Platform if you are:

4. Account Registration

4.1 To use the Services, you must create an Account on the Platform. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including a valid username, email address, mobile number, and date of birth.

4.2 You are permitted to hold only one Account at any time. Registering, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether in your own name, a third party's name, or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.3 You must not register an Account or use the Platform on behalf of any other person.

4.4 rc999 may, at its sole discretion, decline to accept a registration application without providing a reason.

4.5 As part of the KYC process, rc999 may require you to submit identity documents (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. KYC verification may be requested at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or at any other time at rc999's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until documents are provided and approved.

5. Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. rc999 will never ask you for your password.

5.2 You must notify rc999 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. rc999 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

5.3 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out through your Account will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have notified rc999 of a security breach in accordance with clause 5.2.

5.4 rc999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Instructions for activating 2FA are available within the Account security settings.

5.5 If rc999 suspects that an Account is being accessed by a party other than the registered holder, or that credentials have been compromised, rc999 reserves the right to temporarily lock the Account pending verification.

6. Deposits

6.1 rc999 accepts deposits in BDT via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum deposit amount per transaction and per day may be subject to limits as displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of deposit.

6.3 Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are ordinarily credited to the Account balance instantly upon successful confirmation of the mobile financial service transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one Bangladesh Standard Time business day to credit, depending on the initiating bank's processing times.

6.4 You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. rc999 does not accept third-party deposits. If rc999 determines that a deposit has been made from a third-party source, the deposit may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

6.5 rc999 does not charge fees for standard deposit transactions. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond rc999's control. Please check the fee schedule of your payment provider before depositing.

6.6 If a deposit fails to credit to your Account within the expected timeframe, contact rc999 support with your transaction reference number. rc999 will investigate and resolve confirmed pending deposits as promptly as possible during BST business hours.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified Account holders to any supported payment method registered to the Account. Supported withdrawal channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported bank transfer accounts.

7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the cashier section at the time of request submission.

7.3 Only Real Money Funds (i.e., funds that are not subject to active wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds prior to the satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn.

7.4 Before processing a withdrawal, rc999 may require the player to complete KYC verification, including submission of a government-issued identity document and confirmation of the payment method to be used. rc999 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals or where unusual account activity has been detected.

7.5 Withdrawal requests that meet all eligibility criteria are ordinarily processed within a few hours during BST business hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

7.6 rc999 does not charge withdrawal processing fees as standard. Any fees charged by the receiving payment provider are the responsibility of the player and are outside rc999's control.

7.7 rc999 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to the Account Balance in the event that a subsequent check reveals that the withdrawal would violate these Terms, including but not limited to active wagering requirements or an unresolved bonus balance.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

8.1 rc999 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms presented at the point of offer, which supplement and should be read alongside these general Terms.

8.2 Unless specific bonus terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus Funds are held in a separate bonus wallet and do not form part of the withdrawable Real Money Balance until all wagering requirements have been satisfied;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the specific bonus terms; Bonus Funds that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation;

8.3 rc999 expressly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinating wagers with other players to guarantee outcomes, making opposing wagers to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements, and exploiting technical errors to generate illegitimate credits. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and Bonus Funds forfeited.

8.4 rc999 reserves the right to decline to offer any bonus or promotion to any individual player at its sole discretion.

9. Gameplay Rules

10. Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rc999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and further action at rc999's discretion:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, interact with games, or manipulate account activity;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to fix outcomes, share information to gain an unfair advantage, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit bonus or promotional conditions;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or Platform feature, whether intentionally or after becoming aware of the error without reporting it to rc999 support;
• Using fraudulent payment instruments, stolen financial details, or funds obtained through illegal activity to make deposits;
• Registering under false personal details or impersonating another individual;

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All intellectual property rights in the rc999 Platform, including but not limited to the rc999 brand name, logo, website design, software architecture, proprietary content, and marketing materials, are owned by or licensed to rc999. These rights are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 14.4 In any event, rc999's total liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the value of the Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

15. Suspension and Termination

15.1 rc999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where rc999 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been breached;
• The Account has been used for prohibited conduct as described in Section 10;
• The player has provided false or misleading information at registration or in response to a KYC request;
• The Account has been subject to unauthorised access or security compromise;
• A legal or regulatory obligation requires rc999 to restrict access.

15.2 Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, Real Money Funds held in the Account will be returned to the player via a supported payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are not refundable upon closure.

15.3 You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting rc999 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe during BST business hours.
